Our history
TH – Tecnologia Hospitalar Ltda was founded in 2021 with the purpose of transforming medical technology management in healthcare facilities. From the start, our work has been guided by real-world operations: understanding how each device fits into the care workflow and ensuring it is functioning when it matters most.
Over the years we have expanded to 14 projects, serving different environments — hospitals with ICUs, maternity wards, urgent care centers, and outpatient clinics. Each project has its own technology park profile, and TH adapts its processes to the reality of each facility.
To sustain this operation with traceability and transparency, we co-developed the EvoNexa platform, which consolidates clinical engineering, IT, and facilities maintenance into a single management environment.
