About us
TH was founded in 2021 with a clear mission: to ensure that every piece of equipment in a healthcare facility is available, safe, and traceable. Today we operate across 14 projects — hospitals with ICUs, maternity wards, urgent care centers, and outpatient clinics.

We operate medical compressed air plants and manage oxygen, air, and vacuum networks: monitoring, maintenance of manifolds and zone valves, and control of outlet points by department.

Every asset is recorded with its contractual status. This provides transparency for audits and public-sector accountability reporting.
EvoNexa platform
EvoNexa tracks every device from registration to decommission. Clinical Engineering, IT, and Facilities Maintenance each work in their own space, while management sees the full picture across all facilities.
How a work order moves through EvoNexa
Each device receives a risk score that determines preventive frequency and the maximum corrective response time.
Work orders are generated and distributed to teams automatically every month.
Technicians log work even without internet — RFID and QR Code readings included — and everything syncs when connectivity is restored.
